1. General Provisions

1.1. The Complete & Continue with IUX Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by IUX Markets Limited and its subsidiary (hereinafter the “Company”, “we”) and shall be governed by the Complete & Continue with IUX Campaign Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”).

1.2. IUX Markets Limited is incorporated with the Financial Services Authority in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registered number 26183 BC 2021. at Beachmont Business Centre, 321, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

1.3 IUX Markets (MU) LTD is authorized by the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Mauritius, with an Investment Dealer License with license number GB22200605. Its registered office is at 30 St Georges Street Port Louis 3rd Floor Manor House, Mauritius.

1.4 The Campaign shall commence and conclude on dates specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify the start and end dates at its sole discretion, and any such changes will be duly communicated to participants.

1.5 Participation in the Campaign is restricted to Clients who meet the eligibility criteria outlined herein and who reside in jurisdictions where the Company provides services and permits participation in promotional activities.

1.6 Please read the Policy carefully before participating in the Campaign as they contain binding legal terms and obligations, including limitations or exclusion of the Company’s liability.


2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Policies found on the Company’s Website, the Clients are required to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria as outlined in the Policy to participate in the promotional offer provided by the Company.

2.2 The Company offers the Campaign to Clients and/or countries based on reasonable discretion/area as we provide services and as it deems appropriate and to the extent that the Company deems it to be provided.

2.3  To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, the Clients must satisfy all the conditions as set out in this Policy. In this regard, the Clients are required to:

  • register a trading account, regardless of account type, and must have been verified by the Company;
  • fully complete the Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence verification process in pursuant to the relevant terms as specified herein and other policies provided by the Company; 
  • comply at all times with the Company’s Client Agreement, and and other policies provided by the Company

2.4 The Company shall offer the Campaign to Clients who align with all the conditions, as set out below;

  • The Client must be capable of legally binding themselves to the contract under the laws applicable in their country of residence; 
  • The Client must be at full age under the laws applicable in their country of residence; 
  • The Client must have a sound mind; 
  • Clients must have a full capacity to enter into the Transaction(s) and to exercise their rights and obligations;
  • Clients have not been sanctioned for financial crime reasons, violation of the Company policy and/or abuse of the Company’s service;
  • Clients must have completed the entire identity verification process;
  • Clients must have a residence in whether Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Nigeria, or Ghana. 

2.5 The Company reserves the right to reject the Client who align with the following conditions to participate in the Campaign without compensation:

  • Client who has not completed the identity verification process, at minimum of submission and validation of either an identity card or passport;
  • Client who fully verified, but the confirmation is not complete as required by the company;
  • Client who use others’ information to open an account and verify;
  • Client who violated the Policy of the Company and Clients who are likely to cause damage to the Company as the Company deems appropriate;
  • Client who has a residence outside Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Nigeria, or Ghana. 

2.6 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine a Client’s eligibility for participation, to request additional information or documentation for verification purposes, and to reject, suspend, or disqualify any Client who fails to meet or maintain the prescribed requirements. Participation in the Campaign shall be deemed acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.


3. General Terms

3.1 The Campaign shall be available exclusively to Clients who meet the Eligibility Criteria specified in this Policy. (hereinafter the “Participant”) To participate in the Campaign, Participants are required to deposit a minimum of $20 into their trading account during the Campaign period. The deposit must be satisfied through a single deposit transaction, which must constitute the Participant’s first deposit of the trading account.

3.2 The Campaign shall be temporary and conducted for a limited period, commencing on November 3rd, 2025, at 13.00 (UTC+7), and concluding on December 3rd, 2025, at 12.59 (UTC+7), unless otherwise extended or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of the Company. The duration of the Campaign is subject to change and may be amended by the Company at any time. If the duration of the Campaign has been amended, the Company shall communicate to Participants accordingly through the Company’s official communication channels in a timely manner. 

3.3 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated the Policy or engaged in fraudulent activities. The Participant acknowledges that in the event of any actions contrary to the Policy causing damage to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to seek compensation from such action.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion, without prior notice; however, any changes to the Campaign shall be communicated via the Company’s official channels in a timely manner. Any amendments, suspension, or termination relevant to the Campaign shall be effective immediately upon such communication as specified in this clause.

3.5 The Company retains absolute authority to interpret, enforce, and apply all Campaign rules. Decisions made by the Company pertaining to the Campaign shall be final, legally binding, and not subject to appeal or challenge.


4. Reward

4.1 Under this Campaign, the Company shall provide two-hundred (200) Participants with a 30-day TradingView Premium Plan as a promotional reward (hereinafter the “Reward”). Only the first two-hundred (200)clients who meet the Eligibility Criteria as specified herein based on system timestamp records will be eligible to receive the reward.

4.2 Eligible clients shall receive a coupon code for the Reward via the email registered with the Company within 7–14 business days following verification of their qualification. Reward distribution shall be performed via the Company’s official email channels only. 

4.3 The Reward shall be redeemable at TradingView.com, enabling them to activate their 30-day premium access. Please note that the Reward shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of activation. The Company shall not be responsible for expired, lost, or unredeemed coupon codes after the expiration period.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions of comparable value should the specified prizes become unavailable for any reason. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any technical errors, system malfunctions, network issues, or other unforeseen events affecting participation during the Campaign. Participants acknowledge these risks as inherent to online trading platforms.

5.2 The Company shall not be responsible for or liable to the Participants for any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the Participants or any person claiming through the Participants as a result of any Force Majeure event.


6. Dispute resolution

6.1 Any disputes or likely misunderstandings that may occur as a result of the terms outlined in the Policy shall be resolved by the Company in a way that presents the fairest solution to all parties involved. Once such a decision has been made, it shall be regarded as final and/or binding for all parties.


7. Record Keeping

7.1. The Company shall maintain a detailed record of all transactions, activities, and communications related to the Campaign for compliance, auditing, and promotional purposes. 8. Policy Revision

8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, change, or terminate the Policy at its sole discretion. Any changes or updates of the Policy shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s official communications without prior notice. In this regard, the Company shall communicate with the Clients in relevant to the changes of the Policy in a timely manner. By participating in the Campaign, Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Policy in its entirety, as set out in this document. If the Client does not agree to any of the Policy, you must not proceed to participate in the Campaign.

8.2 Any notice, communication, or publication issued by the Company regarding amendments, updates, or modifications to this Policy shall form part of the Policy and shall be immediately binding on the Client from the date of publication on the Company’s official website or the Company’s communication channels.
