IUX Pre-Register Credit Campaign

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the IUX Pre-Register Campaign (the “Promotion”)

offered by IUX Markets (MU) Ltd. and its applicable affiliates (“IUX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

The Pre-Register Campaign and the upcoming IUX Credit Bonus Campaign are separate promotions with separate eligibility requirements and Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion does not automatically entitle a Participant to receive IUX Bonus Credit.

2. Promotion Period

The “Promotion Period” runs from 17 September 2026 at 00:00 (GMT+1) to 15 November 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+1), both dates inclusive.

IUX may amend the Promotion Period where reasonably necessary due to operational, legal, regulatory, technical, or business requirements, subject to applicable law.

Where reasonably practicable, any material change to the Promotion Period will be communicated through the IUX website or other appropriate IUX communication channels.

Eligibility will be determined based on IUX’s official account-registration and KYC records.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Prize Draw, a Participant must fall within one of the following categories and successfully complete the required KYC verification during the Promotion Period:

1. New Customer: A customer who creates a new IUX account during the Promotion Period and successfully completes KYC within the Promotion Period; or
2. KYC-Incomplete Customer: A customer who already has an IUX account but has not successfully completed KYC before the Promotion Period and successfully completes KYC during the Promotion Period.

Once the applicable registration and KYC requirements are successfully completed in the promotion period, the Participant will automatically receive one Prize Draw entry.

Each verified individual is entitled to one entry only, regardless of the number of accounts, deposits, trades, or other activities.

Participants must also reside in a country or territory where IUX services and the Promotion are available and where participation is permitted by applicable law.

4. How to Enter

Eligible Participants will be entered into the Prize Draw automatically once the eligibility requirements in Section 3 have been satisfied.

No separate Prize Draw registration, campaign opt-in, promotional code, campaign ID, or landing-page action is required.

No Deposit or Trading Required

No deposit, trading activity, purchase, payment, referral, or trading-performance requirement is required to enter the Prize Draw.

Making a deposit or conducting trading activity:

• does not provide additional entries; and
• does not increase the Participant’s chance of winning.

5. Prize Draw and Winner Selection

A total of 100 Winners will be selected at random from all Eligible Participants.

Each Eligible Participant will receive one entry and will have an equal opportunity to be selected, subject to these Terms.

The Prize Draw and winner validation process will take place following the end of the Promotion Period.

IUX intends to announce the confirmed Winners within approximately 7–14 days after the Promotion Period ends, subject to completion of eligibility, compliance, and operational checks.

Winner selection remains subject to final eligibility verification.

If a selected Participant is found to be ineligible, has created duplicate accounts, provided inaccurate information, or otherwise breached these Terms, IUX may disqualify that Participant and select an alternative Winner.

6. Prize

Each confirmed Winner will receive one IUX Premium Edge Pack, consisting of:

• $50 Prepaid Reward;
• TradesViz Platinum — 3 Months; and
• IUX Edge Handbook.

A total of 100 Premium Edge Packs will be awarded.

The Promotion may be advertised as offering:

“Over $13,000 in Aggregate Prize Value”

The estimated aggregate retail value of all 100 Premium Edge Packs is approximately $13,700.

Actual retail value may vary depending on third-party pricing, availability, currency, jurisdiction, or other applicable conditions.

The IUX Edge Handbook has not been assigned a separate cash value.

7. Third-Party Rewards

The $50 prepaid reward and TradesViz Platinum access may be provided through independent third-party providers.

Third-party rewards are subject to the applicable provider’s:

• Terms and Conditions;
• Privacy Policy;
• availability;
• redemption requirements;
• expiry requirements; and
• geographic restrictions.

TradesViz Platinum

Each Winner will receive a unique TradesViz redemption code or activation link providing three months of TradesViz Platinum access.

The code or activation link must be redeemed within the redemption period communicated to the Winner.

The three-month access period begins upon successful activation.

The promotional TradesViz subscription does not automatically renew.

TradesViz is an independent trade journaling and analytics platform. TradesViz is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, sponsor, or recommend IUX.

8. Winner Announcement, Notification and Reward Fulfilment

8.1 Winner Announcement

Confirmed Winners may be announced through official IUX communication channels, including the IUX website/blog and official IUX social-media channels, where permitted by applicable law and privacy requirements.

IUX may use an appropriately limited form of identification, such as a Winner’s name, partially masked name, account reference, or other approved identifier.

Additional consent may be obtained where required by applicable law or IUX privacy requirements.

8.2 Winner Notification

Each Winner will also be contacted using the email address registered with their IUX account.

The Winner Email will contain instructions and/or links required to access or redeem the Premium Edge Pack.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address registered with IUX remains accurate and accessible.

8.3 Reward Fulfilment

IUX intends to provide or initiate delivery of the Premium Edge Pack following confirmation of Winner eligibility.

Reward delivery may include:

• a prepaid reward link or redemption instruction;
• a TradesViz activation code or link; and
• access to the IUX Edge Handbook.

Delivery timing may vary where fulfilment depends on an independent third-party provider.

8.4 Expiry of Reward Links

Reward links, redemption codes, vouchers, and third-party activation links may be subject to an expiry date.

The applicable expiry or redemption period will be communicated to the Winner where relevant.

Winners are responsible for redeeming their rewards within the stated period.

If a Winner fails to redeem a valid reward link or code before its stated expiry date, IUX is not required to extend, replace, reissue, or compensate for the expired reward, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise determined by IUX.

IUX is not responsible for expiry resulting from a Winner’s failure to redeem the reward within the communicated period.

9. Separate IUX Bonus Campaign

The upcoming IUX Bonus Campaign is a separate promotion.

Pre-registering, completing KYC, participating in the Prize Draw, or winning a Premium Edge Pack does not itself grant Bonus Credit or guarantee eligibility for the IUX Bonus Campaign.

The upcoming Bonus Campaign is intended to offer eligible customers:

• 100% Bonus Credit on the first eligible deposit, up to $500; and
• 50% Bonus Credit on subsequent eligible deposits, up to an additional $1,000.

Maximum advertised Bonus Credit:

Up to $1,500 per eligible customer

All eligibility requirements, qualifying deposits, Bonus Credit conditions, restrictions, expiry, use conditions, and other requirements will be governed by the separate IUX Bonus Campaign Terms and Conditions.

10. Disqualification

IUX may disqualify a Participant who:

• provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
• creates or uses multiple accounts or identities;
• uses another person’s identity;
• uses automated or fraudulent registrations;
• attempts to obtain more than one Prize Draw entry;
• attempts to manipulate the Prize Draw;
• improperly sells or transfers reward codes; or
• otherwise breaches these Terms or compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

IUX may cancel an entry, withhold or revoke a reward where reasonably possible, or select an alternative Winner where misuse or ineligibility is identified.

11. Data Protection

Personal information used in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the applicable IUX Privacy Policy and data-protection requirements.

IUX may process information for purposes including:

• account registration;
• KYC and compliance;
• Promotion eligibility verification;
• duplicate-entry and fraud prevention;
• Prize Draw administration;
• Winner validation;
• Winner notification and announcement; and
• reward fulfilment.

Where a Winner uses an independent third-party reward provider, information provided directly to that provider will be processed according to the provider’s own privacy terms.

IUX does not receive or access a Winner’s private TradesViz trading records, synced account credentials, or trading-journal information as part of this Promotion.

12. Modification and Prize Availability

IUX may amend, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to legal, regulatory, technical, operational, fraud-prevention, third-party availability, business requirements, or other circumstances outside IUX’s reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through appropriate IUX channels.

If a reward component becomes unavailable, IUX may substitute it with another reward of reasonably comparable estimated value, subject to applicable law.

13. Risk Disclosure

CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 76% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

No deposit or trading activity is required to enter the Pre-Register Prize Draw.

14. General

Participation is subject to IUX’s applicable Client Agreement, Terms of Business, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, account-approval procedures, and applicable laws.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted.

If there is any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and a translated version, the English version will prevail.
