Deposit Bonus Policy
1. Introduction
1.1 The Deposit Bonus Policy is entered by and between IUX MARKETS LIMITED (hereinafter the “Company”, “IUX”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on one part and the Client, which may be a legal entity or a natural person, on the other part (hereinafter the “Client”, “you”, “your”).
1.2 IUX MARKETS LIMITED is incorporated with the Financial Services Authority in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registered number 26183 BC 2021 at Beachmont Business Centre, 321, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The physical address of the company is at 16 Foti Kolakidi, 1st Floor, Office A, Agia Zoni, 3031, Limassol, Cyprus.
1.3 The Company is required to provide the Client and the prospective Client with a summary of its Deposit Bonus Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”).
1.4 Deposit bonus campaign (hereinafter the “Campaign”) is a promotional campaign provided by the Company to its Clients, designed to enhance their trading capital. This Campaign, as detailed in the Policy, is provided to the Client’s trading account in the form of a percentage of their deposit when they make a qualifying deposit.
1.5 Please read the Policy carefully before participating in the Campaign as they contain binding legal terms and obligations, including limitations or exclusion of the Company’s liability. By participating in the Campaign, Client shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Policy in its entirety, as set out in this document. If the Client does not agree to any of the clauses as set out herein, you must not proceed to participate in the Campaign.
2. Interpretation of Terms
2.1 In this document:
“ Equity” shall mean the Balance plus Credit. The operation shall be calculated as:
Equity = Balance + Credit
“Balance” shall mean the total financial result in the Client account available for trading, excluding the Credit. Balance will disclose the Client’s remaining fund after accounting for the depositing/withdrawal and completing transaction operation at any period of time.
“Campaign Bonus” shall mean the deposit bonus acquired as a result of Campaign.
“Credit” shall mean the additional funds provided to a Client’s account as part of the Campaign offer by the Company. Credit can be used for trading purposes only.
“Standard+ Account” shall mean a Standard+ trading account and/or investment account maintained by the Client with the Company.
“Service” shall mean the services to be provided by the Company to the Client. Service may include, but not limited to, contracts in Foreign Exchange (FX), Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and any other financial products in which the Company offers through the online facility from time to time.
3. Eligibility Criteria
3.1 Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Policies found on the Company’s Website, the Clients are required to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria as outlined in the Policy to participate in the promotional offer provided by the Company.
3.2 The Campaign may be offered by IUX occasionally for clients who open a real trading account with us, and have been verified by the Company in pursuant to the relevant terms as set herein and other Terms and Policy.
3.3 IUX offers the Campaign to Clients and/or countries based on reasonable discretion/area as it deems appropriate and to the extent that IUX deems it to be provided.
3.4 The Company shall offer the Campaign to Clients as deemed appropriate at its reasonable discretion.
3.5 The Company offers the Campaign to Clients who align with all the conditions, as set out below;
- The Client must be capable of legally binding themselves to the contract under the laws applicable in their country of residence;
- The Client must be at full age under the laws applicable in their country of residence;
- The Client must have a sound mind;
- Clients must have a full capacity to enter into the Transaction(s) and to exercise their rights and obligations;
- Clients have not been sanctioned for financial crime reasons, violation of the Company policy and/or abuse of the Company’s service.
3.6 The Company reserves the right to not give the Campaign Bonus to the Client as follows:
- Client who has not completed the identity verification process, at minimum of submission and validation of either an identity card or passport;
- Client who fully verified, but the confirmation is not complete as required by the company;
- Client who use others’ information to open an account and verify;
- Client who violated the Policy of the Company and Clients who are likely to cause damage to the Company as the Company deems appropriate.
3.7 It is restricted to participate in the Campaign as a “middle person/ associated person”. If you are registered in the Campaign with the registration that may be deemed to match with the registration of other Clients, inter alia, IP addresses aligned with the other participants in the Campaign, IUX reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether this match is valid or not immediately.
For purposes herein, the term “middle person/ associated person” when used in the Policy, unless otherwise required by the context, includes any person or entity with a relationship with participants in the Campaign, including without limitation:
- family members such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, descendants and collateral offspring;
- person or legal entity participating in Campaign, either directly or indirectly through one or more middle people, directly or indirectly. Middleman is controlled by or under regulation with participants in the Campaign. For purposes herein, the term “controlled” (including the relation of “controlled by” and “under regulations”) as it applies to any conditions.
Participants in Campaign include ownership whether directly or indirectly by one or more middleman who has the authority to lead the management policy of a person or legal entity.
3.8 Vice versa, those who are associated with IUX and/ or specific website and/ or social network website which IUX may promote its services occasionally, and/ or the survey in terms of presenting Campaign will not be allowed to participate.
4. General Terms
4.1 The Campaign shall be available to the Client who satisfies the Eligibility Criteria as set forth in the Policy. It will amount to a fixed percentage of the deposit size as specified by the Company.
4.2 The Company may, from time to time, issue Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and as deemed appropriate. The Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions shall detail the specific terms of the relevant Campaign, including but not limited to, the campaign’s features, eligibility criteria, Campaign Bonus percentage, and applicable conditions.
4.3 Please note that the Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions are subject to variation. Variations may apply to current, prior, or future Campaigns and may differ in scope, criteria, or eligibility requirements. Clients are recommended to deliberately each Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions prior to participating in the Campaign.
4.4 The Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with this Policy and shall not supersede any provisions herein unless explicitly stated. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of this Policy shall prevail.
4.5 The Campaign Bonus awarded to Clients by the Company shall be automatically included in the Available as Credit.
4.6 The Client is required to deposit money in amount according to the Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions’ minimum requirement to your trading account during the Campaign period to participate in the Campaign and acquire the Campaign Bonus.
4.7 The Client acknowledges that a fixed percentage of the Campaign Bonus available to the Client as specified by the Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions may be revised or terminated at any time without prior notice.
4.8 The Campaign shall be temporary and shall be terminated within a specific timeframe. The duration of Campaign may vary and subject to change. If the duration of Campaign has been revised, the Company shall communicate to Clients accordingly.
4.9 The Company, at its discretion, may reset the amounts available to the Clients based on the Campaigns it implements.
4.10 The Client acknowledges that the transaction may take up to three (3) business days before the Campaign Bonus to be credited to the Client’s trading account. In the event that the Campaign Bonus is delayed beyond the specified period as outlined herein, The Clients are encouraged to contact the relevant department as set forth herein or other relevant Terms and Policies found on the Company’s Website.
4.11 The Campaign Bonus can be used in conjunction with the account Balance.
5. Withdrawal Restriction
5.1 The Client acknowledges that the Campaign Bonus may be used for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. Only the capital or profit generated from trading with the Campaign Bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 In the event where the Client requests for withdrawal of money, funds shall be withdrawn from the Balance. In the event that the Balance is greater than Credit, the Bonus amount shall be withdrawn in the amount equal to the amount withdrawn. However, if the Credit amount exceeds the Balance, the Bonus amount will be calculated as a ratio according to the withdrawal.
5.3 In the event of funds/profit withdrawal, the Clients may be required to comply with specific conditions set forth by the Company to facilitate successful funds/profit withdrawals. Clients are encouraged to review and understand these requirements before initiating a withdrawal request. Adherence to these conditions enhances efficiency and minimizes potential delays in processing withdrawals.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the conditions as stipulated in accordance with clause 5.3 at its discretion and at any time without prior notice.
6. Abuse Prevention
6.1 The act of abusing or attempt to abuse (hereinafter the “Abuse”), including but not limited to arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, shall be prohibited and can be a ground for legal action.
6.2 In the case where the Company reasonably believe that the Abuse incurred, the Company, at its sole discretion, shall reserve the right to;
- Terminate the Campaign Bonus offered to the Client, including the Campaign Bonus credited to the Clients prior to the event of Abuse;
- Close all Clients Standard+ Account(s) (either temporary or permanently);
- Withhold all Clients Standard+ Account(s) (either temporary or permanently);
- Cancel all order;
- Annul all profits; and
- Terminate Clients Standard+ Account(s).
6.3 The Company shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for its decision to exercise the right as specified in the term “Abuse Prevention” and any consequences of the trading bonus termination.
6.4 The Client acknowledges that in the event of any actions contrary to the Policy causing damage to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to seek compensation from such action.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 The Company shall not be responsible for or liable to the Client for any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the Client or any person claiming through the Client as a result of any Force Majeure Event.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1 Any disputes or likely misunderstandings that may occur as a result of the terms outlined in the Policy will be resolved by the Company in a way that presents the fairest solution to all parties involved. Once such a decision has been made, it shall be regarded as final and/or binding for all parties.
9. Deposit Bonus Policy Revision
9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, change, or terminate the Policy at its sole discretion. Any changes or updates of the Policy shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s Website without prior notice. The Client is encouraged to review the Policy periodically to stay informed about any revisions or updates. The Client acknowledges and agrees that proceeding to use the Company’s services after the revision has been made shall result that The Client implicitly agrees to the updated Policy
