    IUX Markets (MU) Ltd.

    IUX Markets (MU) LTD (the “Company”), being a private company limited by shares incorporated in Mauritius, licensed by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) and holding a Global Business License and Investment Dealer (Full-Service Dealer, Excluding Underwriting) License, shall abide to the different laws and legal requirements imposed by the authorities in Mauritius and to generally accepted industry standards.
    IUX Markets (MU) LTD. (hereinafter the “Company”, “IUX Markets”, “we”, “us”, “our”) holds a Global Business Licence issued under the FSA 2007. A holder of a Global Business Licence is a resident corporation, having its principal place of effective management in Mauritius, which proposes to conduct its business principally outside Mauritius. The Company specifically holds an Investment Dealer (Full Service excluding Underwriting) Licence issued under the Securities Act 2005, and is permitted to establish a trading platform in Mauritius and trade securities and similar on behalf of clients. Investment Dealer services, as all other non-banking financial services activities including the securities sector, are regulated by the FSC.
    IUX Markets (MU) LTD, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, maintains effective and transparent procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints/grievances received from Clients and keeps records of each complaint/grievance as well as the actions taken to remedy the situation.
    This Conflicts of Interest Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) is provided to you (our client or prospective Client) and contains information on how IUX Markets (MU) LTD, is seeking authorisation from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (hereinafter the “Company”) identifies, manages, mitigates and where applicable discloses any conflict of interest that may arise during the course of this business relationship.
    The purpose of IUX Markets (MU) LTD (the “Company”) Disaster Recovery Plan (the “Plan” or “DRP”) is to ensure that in case of material business disruptions the Company resumes its operations with minimal interruptions and in the most efficient manner possible. The DRP covers all systems and functions critical for efficient operation of the Company.
    1.1 IUX Markets (MU) LTD (‘the Company or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘IUX Markets’) understands that Financial Instruments such as Derivatives and Contract for Difference (CFDs) are complex and risky products and that it has an important role in ensuring that only investors who have a sound understanding of the features and risks of the product can open a trading account and begin trading in Financial Instruments.
    IUX Markets (MU) LTD. ("IUX", "the Company," "us," "we," or "our") recognizes the importance of personal data protection. Protecting client’s personal data and maintaining security are among our highest priorities. Thus, IUX has laid down this Privacy Policy (“the Policy'') to ensure its commitment to providing secure services and safeguard its client’s personal data with the highest standard. This Policy shall prescribe the process of data collection, usage, storage, transmission, and deletion, also including other rights of the Data Subject.
    The following statements are intended to inform the Client of the potential risks involved in trading on financial markets. Clients should be aware of the potential losses associated with such risks. This document forms an integral part of the Agreement between the Company and the Client. Should there be no clear definition of a term set out in this document, the interpretation of that term shall be governed firstly by the definition given in the Client Agreement. This document cannot disclose all risks involved in trading due to the wide range of feasible situations.
    The Risk Management Policy (“the Policy”) aims to elucidate the approach of IUX Markets (MU) LTD (“the Company”) towards the possible risk confronted by the Company and the principals guiding its approach.
    This policy of IUX Markets (MU) LTD (hereinafter referred to as “IUX Markets” or “the Company’) details the procedure of the placement of clients’ funds with the credit institution.
